Ketamine Psychotherapy Group

June - July 2026

The Power of a Kindred Group

Kindred Collective offers a structured, 8-week ketamine psychotherapy group in Toronto. Intentionally small in size, each session is medically supervised and therapeutically supported.

The transformative power of group work has been experienced for millennia in traditional healing settings. When paired with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, these benefits are further amplified. Here’s what becomes possible in a Kindred Group:

❋ You are not alone

Discovering that others share our experience - our grief, our patterns, our stuck places - is itself a form of medicine. Universality is one of the most powerful forces in group therapy.

❋ You are connected

Processing a ketamine experience within a held group creates a richer, more accountable integration context than working alone. You will learn from others as they will learn from you.

❋ You are witnessed

Being seen by others in our vulnerable moments deepens trust, self-compassion, and can be profoundly transformative.

❋ You are supported

You are held in a container facilitated by an experienced team of therapists and medical professionals. Your cohort becomes a community that can support your ongoing healing.

Ketamine Group Psychotherapy Structure

  • Medical Intake Assessment (1.5 hours)
    Psychotherapy Intake (1 hour)

    3 Preparation Sessions (1.5 hours)

Before any ketamine session, we will take the time to get to know you. This phase includes a medical intake screening (virtual), medical clinical intake (in person), psychotherapy intake assessment, and 3 structured preparation sessions grounded in trauma informed approaches such as ACT, IFS and somatic modalities. During the 3rd preparation session you will meet your co-facilitators and fellow group members in person, set intentions for the ketamine session and practice some of the resources and tools you will carry into the ketamine sessions.

  • 3 Group Ketamine Sessions (4h)
    4 Integration Sessions (90 minutes)

Ketamine sessions take place in person at Unity Studios, Toronto. Each session is medically supervised and held by two therapists. Sessions include a structured opening, intention setting, guided ketamine experience, and space for reflection and optional group sharing. You will never be alone during a session.

  • The final integration session will be in person at Unity Studios. This session will be devoted to helping you translate insights into life beyond the program — building new habits, deepening relationships, and anchoring the shifts that began in the medicine sessions.

There will be optional monthly virtual integration sessions available at an additional fee to continue the enfolding and build community.
