Meet the Team

Melanie Dignam, MSW

Psychotherapist + Social Worker

I am a therapist and group facilitator dedicated to creating safe, intentional spaces for healing and transformation. My work centers on guiding group Ketamine-Assisted Therapy experiences, where I support individuals in navigating altered states with care, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique process.

With a background in social work and clinical practice, I bring a trauma-informed, relational, and evidence-informed approach to my work. I am particularly passionate about the power of group experiences—how connection, shared vulnerability, and collective meaning-making can deepen insight and foster a sense of belonging.

My intention is to help you feel supported, prepared, and empowered—before, during, and after your experience—so that insights gained can be meaningfully integrated into your life.

Sabina Pillai, RP

Psychotherapist

As an integrative trauma therapist based in Toronto, my work focuses on the whole person and the interconnection between our mind, body, and spirit. With over a decade of clinical experience, I have accompanied folks through many of life’s transformative experiences - trauma, grief, identity shifts, and moments of profound reconnection through psychedelic and meditative states.

Rooted in Eastern philosophical traditions, I work with you to integrate mind and body, weave your history together with your strengths, and bring awareness to the larger forces - social, cultural, ancestral - that have shaped your life. Group work holds a special place in my practice. I believe there is something uniquely powerful about healing alongside others - the experience of being witnessed, finding resonance, and recognizing that you are not alone. Drawing on a long history facilitating and educating in the psychedelic space, I offer safety, expertise, warmth and attunement in every session, creating a container where all parts of you are welcome.

This work reaches beyond symptom relief - it is for those who sense that greater authenticity and aliveness are possible. If you are ready to deepen your connection to yourself and your community, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
